ABB is seeking an experienced process analyst at their Bangalore location. You will work as a Process Analyst, reporting to the Continuous Improvement Manager and being part of GBS in Bangalore, India. In this role you will be responsible for providing financial expertise to the organization by collecting and analyzing statistics, identifying trends and issues, communicating information to relevant groups and recommending actions to improve financial performance for a specific plant. or production location.

What are you going to do:
Work in a flexible environment to capture and analyze business requirements.
Ensure requirements are actionable, measurable, testable, traceable and meet the needs of both business and IT stakeholders.
Detailed underestimation of financial processes (AP, AR, RR etc.) is a must.
Expertise in creating and documenting test procedures and scenarios prior to the launch of User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Strong functional background and process diagnosis to identify process improvement opportunities using digital technologies independently.
Create a process design document (PDD) or requirement document, exception management, facilitate the signing of the PDD/requirement document.
Qualifications for this job:
Bachelor/Master in Accounting, Finance or Commerce.
Minimum of 2-9 years experience in PDD and requirements gathering.
Experience with RPA process design and automation best practices.
You have knowledge of Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN).
